OPEN HOUSES & SEMINARS
New Vision provides special-event support for manufacturers and resellers who want to host a series of open houses or seminars or simply sponsor a single event. The open houses and seminars are usually held in conjunction with a manufacturer's new product release or as a special promotion to increase product sales or to better educate resellers on the machinery. We consider ourselves experts in recruiting attendance to technology-driven programs and look forward to working with you.
Open houses and seminars are typically held at the resellers place of business, a technology center, or a hotel and can vary in style. While some resellers prefer early evening cocktail environments, others prefer "Lunch and Learn." New Vision can assist by offering marketing and technical support.

- Define target audience and supply qualified database or utilize resellers existing database
- Create and distribute invitations about event
- Generate leads and make follow up phone calls to invitee list to increase attendance and reduce no shows
- Offer catering, site selection, and logistic support (name badges, registration desk, audio/visual rentals, hotel accommodations, etc.), as needed
New Vision Technical Support:
- Provide internal, new product training for sales people
- Help sales team become technically savvy on the product and teach them how to sell and operate the equipment
- Provide on-site technical expertise or keynote speaker
