GRACoL 7 Certification
G7™ is a new calibration method developed to support the GRACoL 7 specification. The 'G' refers to calibrating Gray values, while the '7' refers to the seven primary color values defined in the ISO 12647-2 printing standard. New Vision also has color specialists that are G7 certified GRACoL Expert Consultants and have completed an IDE Alliance certification program. They are among an elite group of professionals who are experts in the new GRACoL press calibration process.

Help Desk Terms and Conditions

HP Designjet 8000s Installation & Break/Fix Training Class
The Hewlett-Packard (HP) Designjet 8000s training class is offered to those who have already completed the HP Designjet 9000s training class, through certification and training through New Vision or direct through HP. The training class lasts 2.5 days, costs $1850 per person, and covers set up and configuration, hands-on labs, use and maintenance, and break/fix. HP Designjet 8000s/9000s Installation & Break/Fix Training Class
For those resellers who have never been trained on Hewlett-Packard (HP) Designjet 8000s or Designjet 9000s, this 5-day training class is for you. During the break/fix portion of the agenda, customers learn more about media axis, media conditioning, scan axis, service station, print heads, ink system, electronics, and more. The installation training focuses on checklists, environmental health and safety, purification systems, hands-on labs, Onyx Postershop, media management, triggers and counters, and more. HP Designjet 10000s Installation & Break/Fix Training Class
The Hewlett-Packard (HP) Designjet 10,000s training class lasts 2.5 days and is held at New Vision's training center in Greenville, SC. During the class, customers will learn more about the Designjet 10,000s, specifically topics such as certificate of installation and checklists, environmental health and safety, care packs, hands-on labs, Onyx Postershop, media manager and reports, troubleshooting, triggers and counters, break/fix, and more.
